Planning to visit us during the festive season? Check out our Christmas opening times below!

Sauna and wellness

Our public baths are open from Sunday to Thursday, from 10:30 to 23:00 and on Friday and Saturday, from 10:30 to 00:00; except on 24 and 31 December, when we will be closing the doors of our public baths at 17:00. On 25 December and 1 January, we are closed all day.

On the days that we are open, our Aufguss masters are keen to treat you to our special Christmas-themed wellness programme. They have chosen their favourite Christmas aromas and can’t wait to surprise you with wonderful Aufguss, scrubbing or relaxation sessions, which you, as our sauna guest, can take part in for free!

Enjoy a massage or treatment

Having a relaxing massage or treatment is absolute bliss, especially during the hectic Christmas holidays. Luckily, you can visit us almost every day (except on 25 December and 1 January, when we are closed)! On 24 and 31 December, you can book a massage and/or treatment from 10:30 to 16:00. On all other days, you can do so from 10:30 to 22:00, as usual.

Relaxing in our private saunas

Did you know that we also have cosy private saunas at Thermae Grimbergen? These can be booked from 9:15 to 15:15 on 24 and 31 December. On 25 December and 1 January, we are closed. On all other days, you can book them from 9:15 to 22:45 (Sunday to Thursday) and from 9:15 to 23:30 (Friday and Saturday).

Stay at our Thermae Grimbergen Hotel

Of course, you can also stay at our hotel during the Christmas holidays! On 24 and 31 December, we close our public baths earlier, so make sure you check in before 16:00. Because our public baths are closed in the evening, you won’t be able to order anything to eat or drink, go to the sauna or take part in any special activities. On 25 December and 1 January, we are closed all day, which means you won’t be able to check in or out, breakfast won’t be served and your room won’t be cleaned that day. Our normal opening times apply on all other days.

A delicious bite to eat or a tasty tipple in our restaurant

Naturally, our restaurant is open when our public baths are open. On 24 and 31 December 2024, the kitchen is open until 15:00 and the bar until 17:00. On 25 December and 1 January 2025, we are closed all day. Our normal opening times apply on all other days
