There’s no better way to spend a holiday than by escaping the stresses of everyday life with a relaxing day in nature. At our domain, you’ll find a variety of sauna and wellness facilities in both swimwear and nude areas, allowing you to completely unwind.
While you're here, don't miss our extensive experience program. Every day, our dedicated Aufguss masters host a range of Aufguss, scrubbing, and relaxation sessions that are free for all sauna guests. While most sessions are open for anyone to join, some, like the singing bowls relaxation session and halotherapy in our unique salt room, require prior registration. Just ask our reception staff for more details during check-in.
You can enjoy our saunas from 10:30 to midnight on Friday, 1 November, and to 11:00 p.m. on Monday, 11 November. On our wellness grounds, we also have two private saunas which are open and, if you’re looking for extra relaxation, you can book a soothing massage or treatment as well. And for those who want to extend their stay, our hotel is also open! Be sure to explore our new packages! It's best to book private saunas, treatments, massages, and hotel stays in advance to ensure availability. You can make reservations by calling 02 270 81 96 or by filling out our contact form. Please note that regular admissions to the thermal baths cannot be booked in advance, except in the case of specific vouchers (e.g. Bongobon). Always review the voucher conditions carefully.
Why is a sauna day in autumn ideal? Alternating between hot saunas and cold baths helps train your body and strengthen your immune system, making you more resilient against common autumn and winter ailments.
The heat activates several beneficial processes, such as boosting blood circulation and releasing endorphins, these are happiness hormones that help you relax and feel more joyful. Additionally, the heat helps lower cortisol levels, the hormone produced in stressful situations.
