Every day, there are three scrubbing sessions on our daily wellness programme. As our sauna guest, you can take part in these sessions for free! There is a self-scrubbing session in the steam bath of the swimwear area around midday. During this session, the Aufguss master gives you salt and you do your own scrub.
There are also two (self-)scrubbing sessions in the nude area. But in these sessions, the Aufguss master joins you in the steam bath and walks around flapping a towel, like in a regular Aufguss session. This drives bursts of hot air over your body, giving you a real adrenaline kick. One of these two sessions is a herbal scrub held at the end of the day. Here, herbs are mixed into the salt scrub. This not only smells divine, but every herb also has specific properties. For instance, lavender helps you relax. Rosemary, too, is believed to have a calming effect and may also alleviate pain and relieve coughs or asthma. You don’t know in advance which herbs are going to be used. The Aufguss master decides this on the day.
