Zen Weekend: 28 - 29 January 2023

Come join our SPIRIT session, a combination of yoga poses, meditation techniques and the special sound of singing bowls. What else is on the program: a lavender scrub where dry lavender seeds are mixed with our traditional scrub salt, which not only smells wonderful, but also provides the ultimate relaxation!

And of course, there will also be a lot of special aufguss sessions on those days. See you there?
