Pachamama Herbs Scrub

In the evening, enjoy a refreshing alternative with lemon and lavender. This scrub session not only revitalises your skin but also gives you an energy boost. You’ll leave the steam bath with soft, glowing skin!

Halotherapy

Our Halotherapy sessions also carry a South American vibe: soft exotic music plays in the salt room, transporting you to faraway places. Fine salt particles cleanse your airways and reduce stress, while the rhythmic sounds soothe your mind.

Palo Santo Singing Bowls

This deeply soothing session is not to be missed!

When the weather is good, it takes place in the garden; if not, you’ll find it in the relaxation room above the Silence Bar. Let yourself unwind completely with the calming sounds of singing bowls and the warm, earthy scent of sacred Palo Santo wood. The vibrations help release tension in the body, while gentle breathing exercises support mental relaxation.

Cacao Ceremony in the steam bath

Step into our steam room for an enchanting cacao ceremony. This orange-scented scrub purifies your skin, and the nourishing cocoa extract moisturiser you receive at the end leaves your skin perfectly prepped for spring!

Latin Heat Sessions

Be surprised during our Latin Heat Sessions, where the day's Aufguss master chooses from a selection of southern-inspired heat experiences!

Ritmo del Sol with orange and lemongrass extracts to soothe and dispel mental fatigue.

Maya Spirit with wood and cinnamon extracts, two warm, earthy scents that both relax and energise.

Amazon Breath with eucalyptus, patchouli, and green mint extracts to open the airways and restore inner calm.

Carnaval Caliente with mango, coconut, and lime extracts for an exotic, instantly relaxing holiday vibe.

Yerba Revival with green tea and citrus extracts that purify the air and calm the mind.

The final session of the day features aromatherapy accompanied by calming South American music – perfect for winding down and clearing your mind. Afterwards, a good night’s sleep is guaranteed!
