Christmas Aufguss at Thermae Boetfort

 

 

As our sauna guest, you can take part in all kinds of different experiences in our saunas, steam baths and relaxation areas for free every day, all year round. During the Christmas holidays, we are giving this daily wellness programme a festive makeover that is sure to get you in the Christmas spirit!

First things first, our opening times. We are open every day this festive season, except on 25 December, when we are closed all day. On 24 and 31 December, we close our doors at 17:00. On 1 January, we open at 12:00. Our normal opening times apply on all other days: Sunday to Thursday from 10:30 to 23:00 and Friday and Saturday from 10:30 to 00:00.

Throughout the Christmas holidays, you can enjoy a special Christmas wellness programme. Our Aufguss masters have picked their favourite Christmas aromas to use in their Aufguss sessions. What can you expect? A spicy Christmas scrubbing session with nutmeg, among other things. Nutmeg improves circulation and relieves muscle aches. What’s more, it is a warm scent that gives you a feeling of security.

For the Aufguss sessions in the various saunas, our Aufguss masters have chosen pine, spruce and citrus aromas. Pine is an aroma that re-energises you and has a positive effect on your airways. Spruce is a soothing, relaxing aroma that also helps reduce fatigue, while citrus is an aroma that sharpens your focus and inspires positive thoughts.
