Who doesn’t like autumn? We, for one, love this time of year. So, for four weeks, we are switching up our scrubbing sessions, adding a fresh new autumn feel to them every week. Week one, we kick off with a sugar scrubbing session with mint leaves. Mint is a refreshing aroma that sharpens your focus, lifts your mood and clears your airways. On the programme in week two, a scrubbing session with cinnamon. As an anti-inflammatory spice, cinnamon helps relieve pain, among other things. Its warm, sweet aroma also has a positive effect on your mood. In week three, we are organising a salt scrubbing session with eucalyptus. Its wonderful aroma relieves tiredness and helps clear your airways. And in the final week, you can enjoy a salt scrubbing session with lavender. Most people are aware of lavender’s calming effect, but did you know that the scent of lavender also alleviates headaches?
During the day, we finish our scrubbing sessions with a clay mask and in the evening, with a hydrating cream.
We will also be adding an autumn touch to our Aufguss sessions, using autumnal aromas like cloves, cinnamon, chamomile, rosemary, lavender and woodsy scents.
From 2 to 20 October 2024, we are giving you free extra visits when you buy a multi-visit pass. You can buy our multi-visit passes at reception at our centre or online. Good to know: the multi-visit passes are not registered in name, so you can share them with other people. And, added bonus, they have no expiry date!

Buy a multi-visit pass between 4 and 20 October and receive extra visits to our thermal baths for free! A 10-visit pass gives you 12 visits, a 20-visit pass gives you 24 visits, and a 50-visit pass gives you 60 visits!
