How? Next to the Finnish sauna, there is a bucket with water infused with lavender essential oil. You can pour water on the hot stones as and when you like. Doing so increases the humidity in the sauna, which gives you a more intense heat experience. The lavender scent helps you relax and balances your emotions. What’s more, it has a positive effect on your airways, reduces fatigue and anxiety, and relieves muscle aches and pains.
