Our wellness programme is a smorgasbord of unique Aufguss, scrubbing and relaxation sessions. With a real luxury scrubbing session the latest addition to our programme!
These luxury scrubbing sessions (herbal scrub) offer you a different experience every time. It all depends on the Aufguss master. He chooses what herbs to use: lavender, thyme or rosemary. Lavender not only smells divine, it helps you relax, alleviates muscle aches and pains, and cleanses the skin. Thyme, too, has a relaxing and painkilling effect, but on top of this, it disinfects the air around you and your lungs. Rosemary alleviates headaches, stress and fatigue; improves digestion; and nourishes the skin.
At the end of every scrubbing session, everyone is given a magnolia face cream to apply. Magnolia is a dark yellow flower with a strong scent and is often used in traditional ceremonies in Asian countries. Magnolia has antibacterial properties, helps relieve breathing problems and reduces fever. As an active ingredient in skin cream, magnolia extracts have a soothing, regenerative effect, which boosts skin renewal.
